1 - Click the button "Sell your tickets" on the top right of the home page.
2 - Find the event for which you want to sell your tickets. If you can not find your event, let us know at “firstname.lastname@example.org”, and we will do our best to put your event available.
3 - Follow the steps relating to the informations of your tickets.
4 - Check and confirm your listing and it will be available to millions of potential buyers worldwide.
Important things to know when you put your tickets on listing :
Give your potential buyers the most informations possible about the tickets location.
If seating tickets are put on sale in a single ad, they must be side by side.
Special mention, such as "child ticket" or "restricted view" must appear clearly.
Load the E tickets as soon as you have them.
Confirm your sales within 24 hours as soon as we have indicated that someone buy your tickets.
Send your tickets to the buyer in accordance to our shipment conditions.
How do i modify my tickets ?
You can change your offer if the tickets have not been sold.
To change your tickets, please go into your account then on the "selling" tab and "listing" tab. Click the link for editing to correct the information. Once the information has been done, do not forget to "Save"
How do i deleted my tickets from the platform ?
You can delete your offer if the tickets have not been sold.
To remove your tickets, please go to the "listing" tab. Click the link for editing to correct the information. Then click the "delete" link to remove your tickets posted. You must then confirm the action.
What are the payment methods to purchase a ticket?
Fanpass accepts most credit cards, and the Mangopay payment service. The available payment options will be shown during the checkout process.
What is the price I pay?
During the purchase, the price paid is the ticket price added with the Fan Pass service fee plus the VAT and shipping costs. Shipping fees are depending on where the buyer is located.
What is the price I receive?
During the listing of the tickets, the seller indicates a resale price, and will receive this amount once the buyer was able to attend the event under the conditions specified by the seller (sections, rows, any restrictions, additional informations ...)
Who pays the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It may change depending on the location of the buyer.
When do I will receive my tickets ?
You should receive your paper tickets lately one week before the event.
If you purchased E-tickets, they could be printed immediately after the purchase.
You can follow your order status in the “buying” tab into your account.
How do I ensure that I will receive my tickets in time :
Make sure the shipping address is correct.
Make sure you select a delivery address where someone could be present to sign the delivery note.
Make sure any information you provided are correct.
How to download E-tickets ?
You will receive an email from us with a download link when your tickets will be ready to download. After you click the download link, please enter your email address and password. You can view and print the tickets or download, and save to PDF. Please note that only one copy of the barcode will be accepted at the event.
Tickets will also be available into your account in the “buying” tab. Please follow the download instructions.
How to send my tickets?
Once the tickets have been sold, you will be asked to confirm your sales within 24 hours. You will then receive an email asking you to send your tickets. Please then follow the instructions for sending tickets.
How to load my E-tickets ?
When you make a sale and you select E-tickets type, you will be prompted to download them and add them on the platform.
After you select the number of tickets you want to sell, please add them one by one by clicking on "choose a file". Each file must correspond to one ticket only.
When will I receive my payment for the sale ?
Your payment will be done within 7 to 10 days after the day of the event. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been done.
You can change your payment method at any time until payment is received in your personal space.
How will I receive my payment for the sale ?
When you list your ticket you have to enter your valid bank details.
Can I change the payment method chosen to receive it ?
Simply go to your account and click on the "payment" tab.
Then, you must click on the tab "Payment methods" and you can change your payment methods.
How do I change my information on my account ?
Go to your user account and click the "Account" tab.
Once in it, click on the “Personal information" on the left of the screen. You will then have the option to change your personal information as many times as you like.
At the end of the process, you will be prompted to save your new information.
Important : Your personal information must be exactly correct.
How do I reset my password ?
Go to your user account and click the "Account" tab.
Once in it, click on the tab "settings" to the left of the screen. You will then have the option to change your password.
For this, you need to enter the old password and save the new at the end of the process.
How to cancel my sale ?
It is not possible to cancel the sale, once the tickets have been sold, you can not cancel the sale because the buyer expects the tickets he just bought.
If you are not able to send the tickets you sold, Fanpass reserves the right to charge a penalty fee in order to find a replacement tickets for the buyer.
How do I cancel my purchase?
It is not possible to cancel your purchase, change or exchange a purchase once it has been done. Any order is final. If you can not use the tickets that you bought, you can always put them on sale on our site Fanpass and thus give the opportunity to another person to go to the event. In some cases, events might not be available for resale as per only open to verified members of the platform.
