If you receive, from a seller, tickets who are not those you have ordered or are invalid, we invite you to contact FanPass at the following email address : firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after the reception of the tickets. If you encounter difficulties to access to the event, we invite you to contact FanPass within 48 hours after the event. Any complains made beyond these deadlines will not be covered by the FanPass guarantee and could not be treated by our services and our teams.
After the problem report and you will receive from us a “complain form”, we ask you to return the “complain form“ within 48 hours after his reception that it could be treated in the best delay. Please note that any “complain form” returned beyond 48 hours will no longer be covered by the FanPass guarantee and could not be treated by our services and our teams.
